Women can now have their Partners Imprisoned without any Questions Asked

The feminist propaganda machine has now managed to bring about another change in UK law whereby women who make accusations of sexual assault will not now even have to face the defendants that they have accused.

Our court procedures are now very similar to those used in Nazi Germany and by the Russian KGB where accusers remained anonymous, in the dark, and where they did not even have to answer questions from the accused who were trying to defend themselves against the allegations.

Women accusers are now to be shielded behind screens without having to answer questions from the defendants, and, if the hysterical feminist groups were to have their way, a great deal of evidence which would be relevant to the case (e.g. sexual history) would actually be deemed to be inadmissible. Feminists think that a prostitute who shags 15 men a day and a virginal nun should have the same status when making allegations of sex-assault in a courtroom.

It doesn't take much to understand why vindictive feminists want a woman's sexual history to be inadmissible as evidence. If you look closely at the heterosexual feminists you will mostly discover that their own histories are positively studded with sexual failures and disappointments, having passed from partner to partner in a series of failed relationships. And these feminists want the opportunity of being able to accuse their numerous ex's for these failures without being investigated themselves.

In a courtroom, it must, indeed, be uncomfortable for a woman to have to answer questions from a man whom she has accused, particularly if she is lying. But the judge has always had the power to intervene if the defendant was causing undue stress to the accuser. When a judge didn't interrupt the dialogue between defendant and accuser, he did this in order to get closer to the truth. That is his job. But now, he is to be completely prevented from doing this. 

The purpose of a courtroom is to get at the truth. But feminist lobbying has successfully perverted the justice system so that women can actually hide the truth. The accusing women must not be 'exposed' in any way. And they are not normally prosecuted even when they have been found to be making completely false allegationsp.

Now, this alleged 'stress' that, apparently, all accusers have to go through in a courtroom, is nothing compared to what the accused is facing. And we should remember that until a verdict has been reached, the accused should be presumed to be innocent. 

AND HE SHOULD BE TREATED AS SUCH !

This is yet another fundamental tenet of our justice system that has been corrupted by pandering to the feminist hatred of all men. Defendants in sex-assault cases are now presumed to be guilty.

But what we must always remember is that whatever truly happened in any particular case, the accuser goes to court because she wants the defendant locked up - and harmed. She is there because she has sufficient hatred for the man to want him locked up. 

She is not an objective, independent witness. 

In fact, she is a very hostile, and, therefore, biased witness, or she wouldn't be there. And so, if anything, she should be subject to the utmost scrutiny.

Instead, however, she is to be hidden!

What is most despicable about our politicians is that they seem to care not a jot for justice, nor for the country. They are simply desperate not to offend the feminist lobby.

Let us see what the country gets, for example, when accusing women do not have to face the accused. 

1. More men will be falsely convicted of assault because they are unable to defend themselves properly. There is no way that barristers can interact with the accuser in the same way that the defendant can. The barristers weren't there!

2. There will be thousands more false allegations as angry, vindictive women take advantage of the fact that they now don't even have to show their faces or answer any tricky questions in a courtroom. Many more women, across the nation, will stumble more easily into making hysterical, false accusations. (And remember that 3.5 million women in the UK actually ADMIT to hostile, IRRATIONAL, aggressive behaviours every month on account of PMS.)

3. Not only will there be more false allegations, there will be a VAST increase in the numbers of women who simply THREATEN to make false allegations. This will increase the amount of hostility and violence between couples.

4. The mere fact that women can more readily get away with threatening and/or actually making false allegations will be weighing more heavily in men's minds (throughout ALL of society). More men will therefore feel outraged, hurt and angry within their unhappy relationships because they are powerless to receive any justice should false accusations be made, and they will feel more insecure and under threat. This will make them more reactive, and this, in turn, will transform trivial domestic hostilities into major conflagrations. And, of course, even where relationships are going well, men will simply have to become much more 'controlling' (throughout ALL of society) in order to maintain the power balance with their partners. There will, therefore, be a statistical inclination toward further male aggression across the entire nation.

5. More relationship breakdowns will occur. More women will actually be hurt. More men will give up on their relationships. More children will lose a parent etc. etc. (with all the consequences to ALL of society that such circumstances bring).

6. Our justice system will become even more tarnished than it already is. And as more and more citizens lose respect for the justice system, so it is that more of society will break down.

And why are we doing this? Why are politicians again corrupting our justice system and so escalating the degree of hostility and breakdown throughout the whole of society? Not to prevent more rapes. Not to prevent more assaults. But to reduce the stress that a small number of women accusers face when they enter the courtroom!

This is just another example of where the whole of society has to be undermined in order to pander to the comfort levels of a very small number of women.

This change in the law has nothing to do with justice. Nothing to do with creating a better society. It is simply the result of creeping politicians pandering to feminist nastiness, feminist vindictiveness, and the feminist hatred of all men. And it is a MAJOR corruption of our system of justice.

These fawning creeps lick the feminists' boots for a few extra votes and justify a truly massive corruption of our justice system on the grounds that they are saving those few accusing women from the ordeal of having to face the men that they have accused. They don't give a toss that they damage EVERY SINGLE relationship in the country by doing this.
