I Lost The Lot 

Hi AH,  

Hope you are well.  Things have not been going well and continue to get harder.  I am living in a garage with no running water.  I have a Bar-B-Q grille i can heat water on.  I have a oil fired hot air heater that works great and now it is winter and cold outside.  Bad news is that i only have a 1/2 tank of fuel and its got to last till spring.  Night time is not bad because i have insulated clothing and several good blankets.  When in bed, its nice and warm.  I run the heat only once or twice a day to warm the place back up.  The garage is set up as an apartment but it is not completed.  The framing and the insulation is completed so i can run the heater for 10 or 15 minutes and the place stays warm for a few hours.  I wear several layers of clothes so that i can go long periods without running the heater.  

I sent in my renewal for my drivers license[using an underground address] but have not received it back so i guess they have taken my drivers license for good now.  I was driving for years but was always fearfull of being pulled over and getting arrested because there was an arrest warrant for me in Ohio.  I was extremly carefull driving, always paying close attention to the speed limit so as not to get stopped.  Checked my lights each and every day and carried spare bulbs and tools in the truck with me to quickly repair any light that might go out.  I never made any trips that were not absolutely necessary.  

With no vehicle i dont know what i am to do.  Its almost impossible to work with no car.  I have a roof installation to do for a friends mother and i could make 2, 000.  00 but thats not till spring and thats at least 12 weeks away.  Being 50 years old now I know that a roofing job will be extremly hard but its honest work and i can still do it.  I have to be very carefull where i am, not to let the next door neighbor see me.  she dont even know i am here.  I go out at night to get supplies so they cant see me.  She is a f**king c*nt.  When the child support nazis came to my friends house they went to the neighbors asking about me.  I was inside the house and could hear them. I heard her tell them that i had a red Chevy van.  Its a 1988 Chevy with over 500, 000 miles on it.  An old workhorse that still runs like new.  I used to be a professional mechanic and i take extremely good care of my vehicle. When i first moved here[10 years ago] she was all friendly and said she was so happy to have a good neighbor.  I am friendly with her son, hes ok.  I also did some free work and favors for her.  This is how she repays me, by being a f**king rat. Her previous neighbors who lived there were into drugs and everyone knew that the house was being used as a heroin shooting gallery.  When i cleaned out the garage i found needles hidden everywhere.  She is a neighbors worst nightmare.  I had replaced a couple of windows and left them in the backyard till i had a chance to get rid of them.  She made a complaint to the town about that.  She is a f**king Yenta.  .  .  .  cant just mind her own f**king business.  So i dont trust her at all.  

while i was going through my divorce[which took OVER 7 years!]I knew after not too long what was going down.  I knew they were planning to steal my home for legal fees and give the rest to my ex.  So.  .  .  and i know you are gonna LOVE this one.  .  .  .  I ran up all my credit cards to the max.  .  .  .  taking cash advances to the tune of 60, 000.  00.  in those days you could get cash advances up to the max limit on your cards.  Today they have cash advance limits.  I never sent in a single payment and they slapped leins all over the marital home.  I had no other choice as they were planning on stealing everything i had so i struck FIRST.  .  .  getting my cash out before they could get it.  Ruining my credit in the process but thats better than being totally broke.  My credit before that was AAA, having never, never, not ever even 1 time sending in a late payment.  I used to get several pre-approved credit cards a week in the mail with credit limits up to 10, 000.  00 on each one.  Thinking back now, i should have gotten 20 more credit cards and milked them to the max too.  [The 60, 000.  00 represented MY half of the assets, i could have taken more but i didnt]"marital home".  .  what a f**king joke as it was ALL MY money that bought it from the procedes of the sale of my home i owned while single.  she didnt put in sh*t.  what a f**king racket.  .  .  2 years of marriage and some c*nt is "entitled" to 1/2 [or more] of what you worked 20 years or more to get.  Being a reasonable man i tried to negotiate with her.  I said look.  .  .  .  you had NOTHING when i met you [she lived in a very poor section of town and shared an apartment with a room mate and drove a car that belched out a quart of motor oil every time you started it up].  I bought her a brand new car, i told her she could keep it too.  we are married 2 years and i have made a very reasonable offer to you.  Her reply was: "yOU HAVE YOUR LAWYER AND I HAVE MY LAWYER SO LET YOUR LAWYER TALK TO MY LAWYER" I will give you a check for 45, 000.  00 and you give me visitation every other weekend and i will pay you 100.  00 a week.  [WHEN WE WENT TO COURT SHE WAS AWARDED 75, 00 A WEEK FOR THE FIRST FEW YEARS!]lESS THAN WHAT I OFFERED.  The f**king greedy bitch wanted 85, 000.  00[85, 000.  00 was EVERYTHING!]and 250.  00 a week.  so i warned her that i would BURN it ALL first and that she had better be reasonable and i reminded her that she married a working stiff,  not a brain surgeon.  she was taken in by her f**king scumbag lawyer.  she claims i never made the 45, 000.  00 offer but i have the letter from the mortgage company[AND THE LETTER FROM MY LAWYER TO HER LAWYER] showing that the second mortgage I applied for was approved and all she had to do was to sign her name OFF the deed[they would only issue a check to her once she totally relinquished her name from the title/deed] and then the check would be all hers.  I even offered an "extra" 5, 000.  00 cash[and keep the new car too] just to sweeten the deal.  I knew if i got rid of her quickly then i could recover and get on with life.  .  .  NEVER to remarry again.  Her lawyer never bothered to show her the offer![which was sent in an official offer letter from my attorneys] why should he? he can drag the case out for years.  i know her legal fees were over 50, 000.  00 and i certainly never paid a dime of it so she must still be paying that off to this day because she went back to school and now has a professional job.  i would guess she makes about 50, 000.  00 a year now and i am sure that her scumbag lawyer had no problem getting a judgement on her for the legal fees.  Women may not realize it but their CONTRACT with a lawyer says:"Your husband MAY be required to pay legal fees BUT if he does not, or refuses to pay.  .  .  .  then YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ME FOR THOSE LEGAL FEES"I just tried to be fair.  .  thats who i am.  Take the 45, 000.  00 and go get yourself a house with it[back then you could get a decent house for 65, 000.  00 and having 45, 000.  00 down payment would mean a small mortgage of 20, 000.  00.  But she didnt take the offer.  It was offered to her by me personally and her reply was "well, if thats what you are offering me then that must mean you are trying to screw me". I wish i could get married and have nothing.  .  .  2 years later get divorced and walk away with a check for 45, 000.  00.  

I also f**ked my scumbag attorneys out of 50, 000.  00! How? You are gonna love this one too.  while this case was going on and there were dozens of motions flying back and forth, the judge was on vacation when one of my motions to hold her in contempt was presented to the court, so another judge signed it.  years later[after i now had already paid 50, 000.  00 cash and owed another 50, 000.  00 in legal billing]the judge who signed the temp. order was no longer a judge and was now working for my law firm.  My law firm sent him to court with me as my lawyer[none of the pricks remembered me or my son or my case or that this former judge was involved in this case] when we went to court with this former judge as my attorney.  .  .  I stood up and proclaimed to the current judge that i wished to disqualify my lawyers for "cause".  Its a conflict of intrest for a judge who signed an order in your case to be involved in your case after hes no longer a judge.  My request was GRANTED! What happens when you get an attorney or a law firm disqualified for "cause" is.  .  .  .  .  .  .  .  .  .  whatevcer balance of money you owe them is wiped out! f**ked them out of 50, 000.  00!!! The scum bags didnt earn it, all they were doing was cheating me and lying like Iranian rug dealers so i felt absolutely no remorse for f**king them right back!

Women are so f**king stupid.  She could have had the money and bought a house with it.  [which would now be worth DOUBLE what she paid for it].  I wanted her to do it so my son would have a home, not because i was especially keen to see her do good.  Years later she says i was greedy and i am the reason she does not have a house.  [NO.  .  .  HER STUPIDITY is the reason she dont have a house]Also stupid is the fact that they forced me from the home because she could have gotten a lein against it to attach any past due child support.  It was totally in HER best intrest for me to keep the house[she didnt want it].  I could have kept my business and done better and made more money and she could have asked the courts for more but in her f**king evil mind she just HAD to force me out.  The house was sold and at the closing they were all stunned as hell when all the credit card companies showed up to collect all the money due, including late fees, legal fees, sherriff fees, judgement fees, TONS of intrest,  etc.  .  .  etc.  .  .  by the time the smoke cleared and the lawyers got their leins paid and the credit card companies got paid and the mortgage was paid.  .  .  she got NOTHING!!!!!!and her lawyer got nothing also because other lawyers had filed leins against the house before he did and they pay off the ones who filed first so he got sh*t too! O HAPPY DAYS.  Thought you were gonna f**k me did you? I warned her.  she thought i was kidding?I warned her that i would sleep in a f**king tent forever if i had to.  you had your chance to be reasonable and fair and instead chose to bankrupt us all[including our child] and deny me my son, and destroy my business and force me into the street and just plain be an evil greedy f**king money grubing c*nt.  I tried to convince her to just take the money and get a house.  I warned her what lawyers were all about and in her infinate stupidity she told me how much she believed in her lawyer that he was looking out for her best intrests.  what a ROYAL asshole.  I thought she might come to her senses and i still cared about her when i tried to be fair and reasonable.  I am a business man.  I dont f**k people.  I treat customes with respect and bend over backwards to make them happy.  Thats how i conduct business.  .  .  honest and fair.  Someone who comes along and tries to treat me any differently will be in for a huge shock.  

I cant own anything in my name.  The scum bags would try and steal anything they could. I have sold my toy truck collection for 400.  00 and my Television for 200.  00.  A friend has 250.  00 of mine and is sending it.  Funny how there are no friends when you need them, even ones you have lent money to in the past.  i am running out of things to sell.  I have some bread, rasin bran, soup, crackers and pickles.  .  .  thats about it.  If anyone wants to help they can send food.  .  For the last 2 days i have had a box of doughnuts to eat.  as long as i have a can of coffee i feel good.  i am very close to the edge. Theres no rent, thanks to my friend providing me his garage.  if i had to pay rent i could never do it.  somehow all this is supposed to be in the best intrests of my child? my being unable to drive, operate a business or even LIVE means i have no money for him.  when i was working i sent him a couple of new,  state of the art computers and new monitors too.  i sent him playstation and dreamcast too[and lots of packages and cash too].  .  .  but now? i cant even send him a christmas present!i had started collecting Lionel trains for my son when he was born.  I had over 10, 000 worth of trains.  he only got to play with them a couple of times and they sat for years because the c*nt never obeyed a single court order regarding visitation[or anything else for that matter].  Court orders ONLY APPLY TO MEN.  Women do whatever the hell they want to.  i was forced to sell them.  i have a friend who helps me as much as he can.  he has no money but he brings me food sometimes and once in a while i go to his house and I help him and he lets me do some laundry and his wife cooks a fine meal.  [and i get a hot shower too!]he goes way out of his way for me. i shall reward him for his loyalty and friendship when i am able. untill 6 months ago i was able to help my mother.  my father died 8 years ago and he left her 70, 000.  00 and the house all paid for but she has gone through that and she only gets a social security check each month so shes hurting and i cant help her.  For 10 years i sent her 500.  00 a month to help out but i can no longer do so.  but if i can move, then i can be able to help her again.  i have to get her a car.  .  hers is shot.  i have 2 brothers but they dont help.  1 cant because he has 2 little boys[single dad] and the other because hes a worthless piece of sh*t.  i have a sister who is stinking filthy rich[by virtue of divorce and re marriage] and never sends her mother[or anyone else] a dime.
